Empire Collective Consulting was founded in 2020 by Megan Normandeau as a solo public relations freelancer looking to collaborate with medium-sized businesses, non-profits, tech-forward companies and government agencies.
With almost a decade of in-house and agency communications experience, Megan has grown Empire Collective into a boutique public relations agency focused on exploring the intersection of traditional and non-traditional public relations tactics.
